An easy-install .22LR Conversion Kit to “dial down” your Makarov 9×18 mm so you can shoot for fun or improve your grip sight alignment trigger pull and other skills—without burning expensive ammo. The conversion kit installs easily and requires no gunsmithing or permanent alterations to your pistol.
The Makarov Conversion Kit’s slide is aluminum alloy with a built-in firing pin and extractor assembly. It features is the same shape size and safety lock as the original. The only difference is the slide does not lock open after last round.

- Barrel insert and lock nut with centering ring
- Recoil spring
- One 8-round magazine – a perfect match to an original single-stack magazines geometry
- Comes with either nylon cleaning brush or patch loop version
